International Fair
On 30th of May, we had our first International Fair at St. George´s College. All teachers, pupils and their fami-
lies participated by representing ten different countries: Argentina, Australia, Spain, The United States, The
Netherlands, Cuba, Colombia, Great Britain, France and, of course, Peru!
This event was an amazing family day. All the families were entertained by the activities offered by the
different countries. For example, every country
presented either a typical dance or song, which
was performed by the pupils themselves. There
was also a mini World Cup, where all countries
had the chance to play against each other; at the
end, the winner was Spain. Last but not least,
each country set up a food stall, where typical
dishes, desserts or beverages from each coun-
try were offered. The food was very tasteful and
every single person had the chance to try food
from the participating countries.
The International Fair gave us a chance to learn
about different cultures and it was a great lear-
ning experience for our community.
