MOTHER’S DAY
As we all know every second Sunday of May we celebrate mother’s day and this year could not be
any different at St. George’s School. Our teachers wanted the theme to be magical and special so
they decided on Divas Rock Star and every grade in early years presented a musical number based
on Modern Divas Rocks Singers.
We had charming and delightful musical numbers. We had Kate Perry, Rihanna, JLO, Madonna,
Cristina Aguilera, Shakira, and many others up on stage. Children showed their unconditional and
devoted love to their mothers on this special day. To conclude with the ceremony, children gave to
their mothers their handmade cards and astonishing gifts.
It was a splendid and impressive performance by early years’ students. They put on all their effort
and enthusiasm to their rehearsals as it demonstrated that with a lot of perseverance and love we
can accomplish everything we set our mind to.
