On September27th we had our study field trip
to INTAP Biotaller in Lurín. From the moment
we arrived we were very excited to get to know
the place and experienced all the activities
prepared by the Biotaller guides.
We learnt about farm animals, their habitats
and diet. We fed the horses, donkeys, cows
and goats and we learnt that they need hay
and water to live. Other animals such as the
rabbits, guinea pigs, ducklings and chicks were
in a small room to get protected from the cold
weather and dust.
Another amazing experience was to learn
how to prepare the soil for our pot, which we
decorated with paint. We learnt that potatoes,
tomatoes and lettuce grow on the ground and
that fruits grow on trees.
We were thrilled about this special and
memorable fieldtrip because we had hands on
experience with animals and plants
