DEAR KOALAS,
This year has really been a great time for me. I came to Saint George’s College having many expecta-
tions and challenges at the same time. I was curious about who my kids were going to be, until the
day came, and I saw your cute little faces for the very first time.
I want to tell you all that it was really a challenge to know you all, but at the same time, it was and still
is my greatest joy. I have seen how each one of you has grown, learnt, developed and got to know
each other.
I am so grateful to you, my beautiful twenty-four little ones, for bringing joy, sweetness and freshness
to my life, each day seeing you and your achievements made me know that I was born to be your
teacher. I am also thankful to you all for teaching me more about childhood and innocence, about
simplicity and love, about patience and care. You are also great teachers and an inspiration to me;
you have given me great lessons.
Finally I would like to tell you that I feel this year has been really fruitful because of you all, and I hope,
although you will go to your next steps, to see and celebrate your achievements because this makes
your teacher extremely happy.
