Study Visit El Arriero Farm
On 19th y 20th of May pupils from Nursery and Pre-Kinder went to the
farm called Arriero. They were able to see many farm animals and be
part of the farm doing different activities such as feeding the animals,
making bread and planting the seeds.
They interacted with the rabbits, ducks, horses and chickens. One of
the most fun parts was when the pupils were able to take milk from the
cow. They were also able to touch the baby animals and learn and play
with them.
At the end of the study visit, the pupils went on a ride on a donkey ca-
rriage around the farm. Coming back to the bus, they were given chard
and bread that they had made to take home, it was delicious! It was an
amazing experience for the pupils as they enjoyed learning and being
farmers at the same time.
